Dosage & Strength
Due to differences in individual physiology, what is considered a suitable dose is different for everyone. Dosage is based on the individual and their requirements, and we highly recommend "micro-dosing" to find the right minimum effective dose for YOU - "Start Low & Go Slow". Results may vary based on individual physiology.

Recommended Starting Doses (until dosage meets requirements):
  • 450mg: 5 Drops increasing by 5 drops
  • 750mg: 3 Drops increasing by 3 drops
  • 1500mg: 1 Drop increasing by 1 drop
Increase or decrease as/when required to achieve minimum effective dose (wait 45-60min before increasing dose). Once individual dosage and requirements have been established, additional drops may be taken as/when needed (every 3-6 hours).

Each 1ml is equal to:
  • 450mg = 15mg
  • 750mg = 25mg
  • 1500 = 50mg
(1ml is approx. 20 drops)
