OUR AIM:

To prepare policy submissions, position papers, and draft model legislation aimed at the legalisation and ethical regulation of recreational cannabis for adult and animal use in South Africa.

To participate in public consultations, stakeholder forums, parliamentary hearings, or regulatory working groups on behalf of the sector.

To engage with municipalities, provincial governments, or national regulators (e.g., SAHPRA, DALRRD, NRCS) to support the emergence of a regulated recreational market.

To represent members in legal and compliance matters where collective advocacy is appropriate.
