OUR AIM:

To develop, manage, and issue voluntary compliance seals, certifications, and audit frameworks to retail operators, cannabis product manufacturers, packaging providers, and service platforms.

To establish certification schemes relating to:

• Packaging and labelling compliance;
• Ethical cannabis retail practices;
• Dosage safety for human and animal consumption;
• Supply chain traceability;
• Privacy and data handling under PoPIA.

To regulate use of its certification marks, logos, and quality assurance symbols, including the authority to suspend or revoke certification for non-compliance.

To provide third-party verification and due diligence audits to support member compliance with national or international cannabis retail standards.

To compile and publish certified member directories, and grant “Approved Member” or “Endorsed Brand” status in accordance with internal governance policies.
